Our pot drawers were $660 each bank of 3 and the microwave tower $1020. This was a year ago viewtopic.php?f=31&t=82062 Madison 37 - site start 16.2.16 So Leeleh and Mrs RS - am planning on doing the same thing I think - moving the microwave from under the bench to the wall and putting oven next to it where there is originally cupboards. So this movement is going to cost about $1020! thats before I add pot drawers and sheen handleless cupboards? Oh lordy lord there goes my budget?!!! After the first quote I nearly fell over and then cut back over $12k. We made some pretty significant kitchen changes though. I think the tower will vary depending on your kitchen design. viewtopic.php?f=31&t=82062 Madison 37 - site start 16.2.16 Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 15386Jul 06, 2016 2:16 pm Think thats what I'll do Leeleh. Will Clarendon fix the scratches? Our PCI was moved from Mon, 20th to Wed, 22nd Jun next week. Hopefully we can get the house completed soon. We're definitely looking forward to moving... they just buffed it out but it got scratch again and then read the reviews that this one gets easily scratched. Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 15391Jul 06, 2016 4:06 pm Mrs RS Looks like its going to be exciting when they hit us with this prices. . I enjoyed watching my husbands face when we got our kitchen quote!! One of the killers for us was the bench top. It was upgraded to 40mm and then we made the bench u shaped and longer overhang which then cost heaps! Building a Modified Madison 37. Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 15394Jul 06, 2016 4:23 pm Thanks for the replies guys. The upgrades are not as bad as I thought. What about kickbacks in the kitchen? Did anyone get them? I'm also considering tiling behind the range hood. Regarding the tender, I have a 6 month and the agent said if we get delayed, we only need to pay $1000 for each month we're delayed. Is this accurate? Or is there a hidden cost somewhere else. She said I can do 9 months if I wanted to. You can always remove them on PCVs after if the budget is stretched viewtopic.php?f=31&t=82062 Madison 37 - site start 16.2.16 Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 15400Jul 06, 2016 5:54 pm leeleh bumblebee1985 qldben [quote="bumblebee1985"] Hi Freestanding baths start from approx 1000 Tile wastes 79 TV points/ data points 98 Double power point 75 External lights 75 viewtopic.php?t=83651 Building a modified Sheridan 35 Interesting to note that in the quote i received from Clarendon, the smart tile floor wastes are marked at $110 !!
