Did you stick to your 4k electronical budget and will you have much more to do after handover?? I was going thru my thread and seen our conversation about electrical budgets. Mine ended up being $7k plus coral elegance package inclusions the total electrical cost was 12k. We will have more to spend and will find out on Thursday when we meet with the electrician. They were a lot cheaper than everyone else. Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 154May 22, 2017 6:51 pm We are just waiting for our bank to email the authority to commence construction and then we will be ready to get out start date. Our shed builder called our CSO at Coral and it should be ok if we get our shed build while they are building the house. Initially we were told we couldn't. The slab is being prepared for the shed but hubby didn't think to ask when they will pour it or even construct the shed lol. Hope its a quality product after we build up site which had taken 3 truck loads of deco so far plus nearly 1k in bobcat charges!! Think we are around 30k for the shed (4bay, 4door, 2 remote, think standard height) Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 156May 22, 2017 6:56 pm bribiebell Hubby tells me Titan were the cheapest with the quotes he managed to get back. That will be our next venture once the house is done Hi, as per the subject. Does anyone have any recommendations for the best value decking oil (Bunning is close to where I live) for a treated pine deck? Thanks 0 13517 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 15037 Hi so sorry for the late reply. I already contacted them and they wouldn't tell me instead they tried to get me to talk to one of their home coordinators and I'm not… 2 6148 |
