How many light were you planning? We also put two junction boxes on the back of the house for spot lights to light up the backyard. Hi Neville, To be honest we have not decided how many lights we will put. But we want to put a water feature for sure and may be 4/5 lights. Re: Glendale 38 (Elara) 103Jun 09, 2016 2:21 pm at last we have finalised all the internal, electrical, kitchen, flooring etc etc selections. Was just a stressful time but its all done and dusted. Next step is to get final valuation from the bank after including all the variation cost. Finger cross the valuation should come back normal. does anyone has idea if valuer consider the inclusions or they go by the standard house without any expensive internal fitting etc ? Re: Glendale 38 (Elara) 104Jun 09, 2016 2:33 pm For construction loans they do not consider cosmetics, standard house but obviously they understand it will be high level condition. Increased my value from original plans and inclusions by $80k Our Nolan viewtopic.php?p=1516376%23p1516376 thats good to know...bcoz I am worried about valuation if they don't consider all variations. I also provided copy of all variations so hopefully they will consider them. Re: Glendale 38 (Elara) 107Jun 17, 2016 4:24 pm signed and send the final variation document to M and file is now ready to move to construction phase....Bank valuation came back little less as they did not included cost of all internals but still ok to get the funding I needed.... So it took almost 6 months since our land got registered to finally moving to construction phase...Hopefully things will be fast from here. We have a slim highlight window. So all my electrical is on the garage wall and are now looking at a big comfy lounge to be made.
