Looking at online span tables for some systems (ie Hyjoist) they only show figures for 450mm or 600mm centres, so does that mean that 300mm (and the cost associated with it) is overkill. The flexing in your floor covering will be less... and for floor boards this is more noticeable and is likely to stop longer term creaking. Also the joists will be carrying less load so they will bounce less. Assuming you've modelled the TB8, TB10, TB12, TB2 & J1 joists/LVLs there, it appears as per drawing to me.
