Browse Forums Building Standards; Getting It Right! 1 Mar 20, 2021 8:12 pm I live on a zero lot boundary. My neighbour has concreted his side access with no drainage. Between his side concrete and my garage wall there is a gap, the boundary line is somewhere in the gap so we both own that space. Anyhow, neighbour added soil and plants in the gap. I am pushing to change that filled gap with gravel/pebbles. During heavy rain, water pools and sits against my garage wall. Should i be concerned or do you guys think it is fine ? Should i keep pushing to fill gravel or let it be ?
