As part of the process of installing Hebel panels along the boundary, the builder next door caused various damages to the panels (ie cracks right through), plus the panels somehow had holes in them prior to installation (as I noticed it while the panels were on the ground prior to installation).
The builder has decided not to apply any waterproofing (render to these panels) and in light of the above damage, I have obvious concerns.
Plus I do not believe there is any damp proof course (not too sure if this is necessary).
Are there any Australian Standards, and / or Building Code of Australia / National Construction Code requirements that the builder has breached in regards to the above installation, as the builder believes the above is perfectly acceptable?
