While walking around the house, I noticed my weep holes under the window looks like there is a plastic membrane under it but it only covers half the brick from front to back. Not exactly sure what the membrane is called. However, forward to that, I usually see A viid from the brick under it. Is this normal or poor installation? So when it rains, this weep holes are effectively funnelling water to the brick voids?
