Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Dec 18, 2016 7:47 am Hello Question for the brains trust. I am building a new home and my builder has just roughed in all plumbing and electrical. I have had the below photo taken and its for the toliet (water closet). I have circled in red the water inlet pipe for filling the toliet cistern. There is no sink or vanity in this room and the room is only 800 wide. Normally i thought these inlet pipes were set quite close to the floor, but mine appears to be about 600mm or 700mm from floor. In my current 1970's house the toliet inlet is about 150mm from floor. The toilet is meant to be a porcher back to wall, if that helps. Just wondering if what the plumber has done is normal or if the inlet pipe will be concealed? There are 3 toiets in the house and they were all done like this. The plumber appears to otherwise done a quite a good and neat job. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Thoughts?
