I'm thinking of moving the laundry in the house, and was wondering if, in Queensland, it was compulsory to have a drain in the ground. (I'm not sure of the "proper" name) You know, basically a hole in the ground for when the water leaks/spills? If not, my whole plan is going down the drain! (no pun intended!)
