There is a new estate being built in Darwin by defence housing. I guess since they have to wear boring khaki all the time they decided to spice up the houses.

The scary thing is these houses sell for $750k +

There are so many new houses being built, and so many tradesmen about that they can suport there own Hot Dog cart.

It was pouring with rain, so there where quite a few of them out working with no tops on!

Apparantly this fact has not gone un-noticed by the girls in the Territory

While the styles might not be to my taste, there's nothing wrong with a bit of individualism and colour. Makes a change from all the anonymous same-old same-old clone houses that breed in the suburbs.

I actually like to see a bit of colour on a house rather than the boring usual stuff. I liked some of the coloured ones in the middle and towards the end. The 1st house letterbox is just so out of place.

There is a covenant on the estate requiring at least 3 different colours for the fracade. There surely is some out there properties in the estate.
