Post subject:  Coffee machine repair – can anyone help?

I am in Melbourne – Hoppers Crossing / Werribee area to be exact, I have a Bellini BTEM50 automatic coffee machine that needs repairing, I know what the problem is with it but don’t know how to fix it. Does anyone know of anywhere or anyone that might be able to at least have a look at it? I have tried so many places and they either want to charge a fortune or don’t fix this type of machine. It’s not an expensive machine so I don’t want to spend too much getting it fixed and can’t afford to buy a new one at the moment. The thing is just sitting there unused because of the problem and I don’t have the heart to throw it out incase it’s a simple fix.

Can anyone please help?

have you tried this place?

http://www.cmrservice.com.au/

they are in brunswick. I had to take mine here to get repaired when it broke down last year, it was covered by warranty for me so I don't know how much they cost, but I noticed while I was there that they seemd to fix all different brands of coffee machines.

oh no, what a shame! :? can you ring up bellini, surely they have a representative in australia? they might be able to tell you where they would send you to get it repaired if it was still under warranty?

I might be too late but do you still have the warranty information, they often have lists of authorised repairers by state.
Probably the first thing you thought of. Good luck.

Thanks fairy blue, there is no listing in the manual, I purchased it off ebay a number of years ago, it's kind of a no name band machine that no one has heard of
