It worked out at about $100m2. That about 300-400 off the ground. It took me about 4 days over christmas to do mostly by myself. Im not much of a carpenter so someone with a little more skill than I could probably do it in 2 or 3 days. I had a few people come in and give me quotes, Most told me it would take 2 men 5 days and cost around 8k.... Dont forget you are adding a room. The sub-floor is made the same way that you make a sub-floor for an extension. Just because it is "outside" doesn't mean you construct it any differently. For example, we just quoted a 140m2 deck. The quote was $38K. The timber and other materials cost us $21K. There are 72 footings. It will take 3 blokes 3 weeks, 360 hours. Our average labour cost (incl profit) on the job is $47 /hour. It'd be lucky to make $5k on the job.
