Browse Forums Kitchen Corner 1 Oct 01, 2016 7:28 am Hello All Looking at doing a bit of a refurb on our current kitchen... nothing to major, wants to replace the benchtops (probably with caeserstone or something similar) but not replace the current cabinets or doors. I know caeserstone is on the expensive end, but the wife has wanted this sort of benchtop ever since we bought the house a couple of years back. Suggestions for a supplier in Western Sydney? Has anyone repainted a kitchen before? Wife would like to do it white but we're unsure what the best method to do this would be... ie, remove and spray or sand and hand paint etc etc I've linked a couple of photos to show what the kitchen currently looks like (excuse the mess ) Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Kitchen Refurb Ideas 2Oct 14, 2016 3:32 pm Hi Incredible Bulk, It can be done but will really only last for about 5 years as the two pack resurfacers use tends to chip, etc. Also, make sure your hinges/hardware are in good condition otherwise it wont work so well.
