I recently purchased these plates and bowls. Also got side plates. Looked at them 12 months ago and loved them but at $6.95 per piece Got them last week on sale 6 pieces for $10!!! Bargain Green on the inside and black on the outside..Going to look great in my black and white kitchen... [ img ] [ img ]

And a decent bowl, DH hates the shapes of bowls as they dont fit his weetbix and they are a pain to load into the dishwasher, so have been looking for a dinner set that has a flatter bottom to the bowl, difficult to find

ha ha, my DH is exactly the same with his cereal (and he made the same comment to me in the past!). Luckily we were given some flat soup bowls which he loves for his cereal!!!

Congrats on the mixer, I too got a red one last year for my wedding anniversary, worth the $$$ and got the matching food processor for last Christmas, highly recommend it! Enjoy!

Its our 4th wedding anniversary - apparently modern traditional gift is appliances so that worked out well haha
The wall colour is Dulux 'Umbrella Green'. I love it! Makes me smile all the time. When we build again i think ill use it as a feature in main living space. It really is a lovely fresh colour

The Mrs desk she found on the side of the road during hard waste pick up, it was originally white washed with no drawers, I made some drawers and the mrs cleaned it up and painted. The glass top and handles are from IKEA.
