We will likely have laminate wall / cabinet panels over a fair part of the kitchen area and are considering having a laminate finish on these other decorative features to match (or contrast). My question is whether it is possible to laminate these aspects after handover, when we would consider having other joinery work done (TV units / shelving etc.), or whether the laminate can only be done during the build because they are more structural, and therefore pay an inflated (builder's mark-up) cost?
