Kitchen. Alabaster PU base cabinets, charcoal overhead cupboards, raw concrete bench. Butler's is raw concrete and charcoal. Splashbacks are natural white glass and matte white subway tile. Upstairs bathroom cabinets Ensuite tiles (same wall and floor colour) Main bathroom tiles Laundry/powder/guest ensuite tiling (laundry has matte white subway splash) Laundry/powder/guest ensuite cabinets Floating floor and carpet (builder's range) http://i529.photobucket.com/albums/dd337/maisieangus/IMG_1045_1.jpg External tile (builder's range) Sorry for photo spam! Nice selections there MandM. Think we have the same black niche tiles, great choice. I find tile selection to be the hardest, we even used up our free re-quote and still wasnt sure about it. haha Wisdom Homes Manhattan 39 Blog - https://edmondson-park.blogspot.com.au H1 Thread - https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=88210 Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 3810Jan 23, 2017 8:30 pm Ha ha most definitely mind blowing upgrades Rocchet! I was pleasantly surprised by the builders range of external tiles however and we knew we were going with the wise choice Laminate and with 4 young kids we weren't going to spend big on carpet, but we did upgrade the underlay. im anticipating about $7k di Lorenzo and $11k kitchen, hopefully we don't need a requote ? Wow great choices!!! It's so hard to imagine them on a bigger scale.... Can't wait to see it all when your build starts! I hope you had a less stressful day than I did picking them all- I really struggled with tile selections and just praying it all looks okay when it goes in!!! It's been over a year since we picked our colours and I'm totally doubting all my choices at present!!! Building Majestic 40 - wisdom homes Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 3812Jan 23, 2017 8:49 pm Love all your choices M+M! Kinda wish I could wait til your house was built to see how it all turns out before making my choices I think it's going to look amazing. Raw Concrete is what I'm leaning towards for my kitchen counters too. I love all the little veins of white in it. Did you go with the 100x200 $30 subway tiles out of curiosity or some of the more expensive ones? We are thinking of doing our bathrooms in those. By then I was a bit over it lol. Most of our bathrooms just have the 300x600 satin white as the main wall tile. They were included in the builders range but do have an extra laying charge. It is very difficult choosing, we changed our minds a few times. If we hadn't gotten there an hour early we wouldn't have been done in time but that's what we get for not going prior! I'm going to try and not overthink it now or I'll probably want to change stuff. Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 3814Jan 23, 2017 9:19 pm MandM+4 Jenifermarie Love all your choices M+M! I think you did a great job. Everything is really coordinated without being exactly the same. Did you get your first set of plans before your appointments? Wisdom are going to be getting an email from me about ours tomorrow. It's been 2 months now. Maybe google it? Or try the "building in north kellyville" Facebook page. Building Majestic 40 - wisdom homes Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 3819Jan 25, 2017 8:21 pm MandM+4 At the colour appointment, do they have an image of your facade with the colours on screen or do you just select and hope it all looks good together? We did ours last year and it was just pick and cross your fingers! We did tell them it's ridiculous in this day and age that there is no computer program to show us what it will look like. I'll be super jealous if they offer it now! Building Majestic 40 - wisdom homes Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 3820Jan 25, 2017 8:29 pm Have you been to look at houses with the bricks you have picked MandM? Seeing other people's colour schemes can help to visualise what you're thinking of. Honestly I've even just used google maps to do a "walk through" of places like The Ponds to get ideas for external colour schemes (all the newer estates tend to be half built houses or not on google yet). Can someone please offer some advice? Im DESPERATE. Because I'm completely and utterly exhausted. How long are variations taking with other companies at the moment?
