Now when purchasing there was an old easemant 3 blocks up but it finished up there. We are due to start a granny flat build in the front yard this week but how now been delayed because the CDC company has found an easement that runs thru the front yard. Now this means we have to move the granny flat right forward and in doing so now need full DA from council. Meaning thousands in extra costs and around 3 months lost rental income.
