Browse Forums Real Estate 1 Jan 23, 2013 5:07 pm Hi All, I'm in the process of buying my first land at Beeliar Rise Estate, Beeliar WA. The land size is 512m2, Lot 789 on the link below and is a pre-release land. http://www.sureland.com.au/listings/beeliar-rise-2/ The asking price is $320k, and the agent won't bargain, saying that the lots are selling fast, it's located inner, quiet street, etc. I was wondering how can I find out that I don't pay too much for the land? Thanks Re: Buying Pre-release Land - Beeliar, WA 2Jan 31, 2013 12:54 am Oktorp Hi All, I'm in the process of buying my first land at Beeliar Rise Estate, Beeliar WA.
