Oh my god. How scary this is!

After years of blabbering about being unhappy living where we do, we are FINALLY biting the bullet and trying to sell our apartment.

We met with the agent we had in mind yesterday, and our place is now booked in to go to auction at 1pm, Saturday, 25 February. EEEEEP!!! *biting nails with nerves*

We will have a 4 week campaign of 3 open home inspections per week (Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday late afternoon / early evening), newspaper advertising and of course, realestate.com.au and various other methods used by the real estate agency.

We are booking in movers to come and take away and store some of our excess items so as to de-clutter prior to professional photos being taken next week.
