There is $130 000 difference in the listed price. In the past we have renovated but we don't want to do it again ourselves so would pay a trades person. We like them both....AGGHHHH. Don't eveen know if this is a question anyone else can answer - just thought I'd throw it out there! Bec I'd go the older one. $130,000 is HEAPS for the renovation work that sounded like the new one did. Don't go Ducted Air or heated flooring, these would cost you a bomb to install and also an absolute BOMB for energy use. Energy use is only getting higher. You don't need to do things straight away.
