Browse Forums Real Estate 1 Mar 24, 2016 11:08 pm Hi everyone. I am having a bit of issue with my agent. We signed an exclusive contract 31/1/16 for 60 days signed by both parties on titles. Today he sent us an offer plus a copy of the authority. The authority was for 90 days with just 1 party's name on it and he forged my husband's signature on it and forward dated it 10/2/16. I asked him what he sent and he said it was a practice one as he didn't have original copy. Does this make any sense at all? This came after we gave him notice that his 60 days is up at end of March 2016. Any words of advise? Second Build, this time with Carlisle 2016, can't wait!
