I have a 697sqm block of land in blacktown with a 50s un renovated fibro. The land is about to be rezoned to allow only multi dwelling development. I suspect this will make the property unattractive to regular home buyers once the laws come into affect.
I think I need to sell this property with an approved da for multi dwelling development and target builders.
