Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Feb 09, 2017 5:01 pm I am having trouble with a builder who has stopped communication (she is hard to reach to due to being "busy") and is on the brink of finishing the home. What should I do? Over the past 2 or so months, the builder has done practically nothing, only putting installing the final pipes and windows. All that is left until the lock-up stage is just a clean-up of the site and some minute details which need to be completed. Hi Mofflepop, I would recommend finding a building designer to prepare plans, they should design to your specified budget. The benefit is you can tender the project out… 9 20410 Hi, did you get any money from insurance? if you did, does it match what you've already paid the builders? 3 9565 |
