Read some pretty poor reviews about them and I'm wondering if we should switch from our current retailer (Energy Aus) just to save a few dollars over one single year ... Some of the reviews I read are quite disheartening!
So, are you, have you been, or planning to be with Origin?? Or how about electricity at least?

If you look on the Whirlpool website you will find gripes about all retailers.
I changed from Simply Energy, because dealing with them is like having nails hammered into ones head, and went to AGL when my solar system was installed to get the higher feed in tariff. I haven't had any trouble at all, despite some bad reviews on WP.

Yep, you are right. We've been with AGL for gas for years, but after the build they automatically "sent us" to EA. What I also like with EA is that their bill is 1 sheet and the look of it doesn't change ... Unlike, for example, Telstra who keeps changing their bill ... and not for the better IMO.
