Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Apr 20, 2024 7:49 pm I have a pool which is making it difficult to put up scaffolding to work on a 6m height deck and awning. Every builder I have spoken to says the pool has to be covered so the scaffolders can get in and do their work. The scaffolding is going to bridge the pool. The pool is 4.5m x 9m. The cost of $4.5k seems a lot for something we will demolish in 6 weeks and is only needed for a day while they put the scaffolding up. Surely there is an easier way to do this? Anyone done this before? Can’t you hire something? Any ideas from the brain trusts? Re: Pool cover 2Apr 20, 2024 9:22 pm $4.5k to do it properly? if that were your partner of child working on the project where the owner wanted to save money at whatever cost, would you happily send them off to work?
