The house on the left seems to have higher elevation. Not sure if the empty lot in between has just been dumped with too much soil that’s why it looks higher. I’m planning to concrete the surroundings of the house after handover and put proper fall so water flows out. Also I do have a lockup stage inspection. The other side of the house looks higher than the footpath though. Most of the time, council will push you out to a private certifier as it ties up their limited resources.
