It will only be framing without heavy machinery on the slab. Is that acceptable? Any standards that I can use to push him for a 7 day waiting before framing? STEFF62 Framing should be fine, but he will only be able to nail the baseplates in, I wouldnt think you can dynabolt them after 24 hours. My question is, how is he proposing to do external drainage, do you have really good site access for a machine later?
