I wonder if thats legit??? pls see videos and pics for previous gap and afterwards/// and basically when he back to work he has been quite rude said i did dodg things to concrete etc. should i sue him ? ? Concrete cracks. The control joins are there to try and force the crack to occur along them (sometimes it does, other times it doesn't). The cracks are pretty bad, it's almost as though he hasn't put any reo in that corner and hasn't compacted/levelled that corner resulting it it snapping off. The fix is easy though. That corner can be cut off, insert some dowels and re-laid.
