To be honest I don't know, the builder has an allowance for the bricks in their quote. We paid more (upgrade cost) to be able to get a particular brick but that's all I know.

you can't do that trick anymore. It comes down to the names on the deed. It does state if the permit relates to the same land..... you should be all good.
