Update on Stage 10, my solicitor got communication from Elara that the registration plans are lodge and expected land registration in next fortnight. Anyone else from Stage 10 here or anyone else from other stages that got to know any updates recently?

Did anybody requested revised plan after some of their PCV's? I have got 2 PCV's so far and my colors selection is in 2 weeks but I wish to get EB to raise revised plan but being told they will charge me $250 admin fee unless the revision of plan is ordered as part of the contract or final DA / CDC ...

Hi DesiBloke, Back in June 2015 I got Eden 3G for $1100. Has anyone tried to have the wet area's floor flush finish with living area? I am guessing it will be additional cost to get this done as the slab has to be recessed 40mm for all wet area's.

Hi aas, not just Stage 12, but Stage 10 also received updatedplan and instrument 88b documents. My lot is from Stage 10. Expected Registration between Dec-Feb (Hopefully).

Thanks Kaycee. Just an FYI for all, got an email from Elara yesterday about "The Crescent Release Three". Around 10-12 lots out of which only 7 are available for sale this weekend. Looking at the prices it is $1200 per Square Mtr.

@Cremorne35 No, it is purely just the cost to increase the height of the door from 2.1 to 2.4mtr. From memory to convert std window to sliding door was 300 odd dollars.

Great Forum and very useful information shared. Kaycee I bought Lot 1032 at Elara. Very happy to be part of Elara now. Tried hard to secure land via the Stockland releases since Oct last year, infact didn't even got any email from Stockland about March release. Good luck to others for May release.
