What a pain in the butt about the pipes Dani. Im annoyed for you! A plinth underneath shouldn't be noticeable provided the vanity is tucked between two nib walls. And if it's tiled in the wall tiles it will be pretty much invisible. If the vanity is floating out on its own it might be annoyingly not...

Great to hear the updates Dani. I'd guess that they can't put cavity sliders in as the cavity is hollow and if the wall is load bearing it needs to be strong enough to well bear the load so it needs full framing. Only a guess though. Oh and I love deisku it was my second choice for our interior wall...

Quick poll guys. What do you think of these wall lights for the ensuite? Planning on having one each side of the vanity. I really like the first one but it has a fabric shade and is not rated for bathroom use. Not sure of this really matters as it is unlikely to get splashed being high up on the wa...

This is a good thing Dani with our builder it's standard to leave the slab to cure for a month before progressing. More chances of structural issues and cracking etc in the future if it hasn't cured long enough. Patience my dear. Haha easy for me to say now we are in though. It's bloody hard!
