Yea we met with the national manager on Tuesday who agreed with us that the mortar has turned out in a tan/caramel colour and they offered to render the front of the house but we really don't like that look so just seeing what we do now to compromise. They are building a a fair few houses at Bribie lakes atm. At Bribie lakes there are only two builders contracted there. DJ Roberts was the original but was struggling with the workload.
