I would also agree that shale grey is the closest to zinc Thanks for confirming that mum2cj. It's nice to get feedback. Can't always go by the brochure. :)

Shale grey. Looks closest to zinc without the reflection. Thanks Craig - you've just confirmed what we were thinking. We will now either choose shale grey for that look - or go with Basalt for a darker grey look. But atleast we know what colourbind names to go with.

Bassalt is a nice colour Thanks Sandra for posting that photo and suggesting that. We actually got to see a home with a Basalt roof today -I knocked on their door and asked the colour and they said Basalt. We have now added that to our choice if colours :) .

We are beginning a build of a home that will look like an old Edwardian cottage. We have decided to use colorbond instead of Zinc or Gal. We just wondered if anyone could tell us which colour would be best to use - shale grey or windspray. Thanks in advance
