Woah that's ridiculous! I honestly wondered lately how some tradies get any business when they over quote like that. I'm getting some quotes from floor tilers that average around 6-7 grand... And then some quote over 10? I get there would be a bit of a difference but some are just a joke Follow our...
I know it's ridiculous isn't it, I just think seriously how do they get work when they are so much more expensive. Good...

PCI done [emoji1303] a few issues, but nothing major... Thank goodness it has rained a lot overnight, as a lot of our windows weren't sealed correctly & the walls were soaked [emoji53] Follow our HGWA build in Baldivis @ http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=83352&f=31&p=1604334#p...

You're almost there :) We're a while off now I think, our tiles are another few weeks away, so HG are just doing everything they can to keep it all ticking along, but as of next week, everything that can be done is. Because of the full height tiling, after we get them laid, ...
They will definitely get it done to be paid before eofy Best that carpets not laid we have noticed sand on ours thankfu...

Hi Jaycee24 We are currently building with homegroup and so far had a great experience, only a couple little niggles not nothing major. New gen was our other choice too but I preferred a design with homegroup that I seen 4 years ago and couldn't get it out of my head. Good luck [emoji537]
