I have just started the process and am at Construction plan phase with Wincrest Bespoke, dealing through their Northbridge office. I was told they have been building for over 30 years through their Project home company and Wincrest Bespoke has been around for 5+ years (just not as heavily marketed)...

Thanks everyone for the info. I got the lineal metre price off another client, which was straight from the same sales guy we also had. He prices it at $15 / Lineal Metre. My quote was exactly $1996.00 and when I worked it out off my plans it comes to $962 ?!! Now what to do...

Ours were $14/linear metre.
