The house is looking great Dave! Our backyard, other than a few citrus trees and potted plants, is still a giant sand pit. Hoping to get it sorted now the weather is cooling down, just need work to stop getting in the way :D

Had the valuer come to the house today as I'm in the process of refinancing my mortgage. The house was valued at $470,000 :DDD Kaching!!! So my house is probably somewhere around 470-500k if I was to sell it today. Which is amazing to think I spent 152k on Land (2014) and 180k on Build (2014). So, ...
That's awesome! We've not had our house valued but I imagine we'd be around break even with the slump in the Perth marke...

The house has turned out amazing! We moved in around the same time and our place still looks like a building site [emoji23] Just waiting for summer to finish so we can do our back yard and then we can finally say goodbye to sand! We've also been doing a bit of dogsitting lately and I really want to ...

How wide is your garage? I’m wondering if we can fit 2 cars in ours. I can't remember off the top of my head. Around 6 metres I think. I think the standard is 6x6 for a 2 car garage in Perth. Think my sales consultant told me that. If you had two big cars don’t know if they would fit though. Yeah t...

Looks great Bob! Amazing how much of a difference it makes. For anyone SOR contact AG Buffalo if you’re after Sir Walter. Was a good price compared to others, and he gave me great advice. Yeah. Ah, cool. I thought that might have something to do with it. :) Well love love love. Your frontyard is gorgeous. Thanks! Dreading tackling the sandpit out the back. Looks great! May I ask how much it roughly cost for you to upgrade to the Buffalo? We want to do either artifical turf or buffalo at the front depending on how much extra the landscaper wants to charge. We paid about $7 per square metre for the upgrade to Buffalo. I just really didn't want to have ...

I haven't been on the forum much lately as work and life has been flat but your house is looking great! Mine still looks like a construction site lol You must be super proud of how much you have managed to get done! Shame about the builder though. Can't believe the stuff they said they wouldn't fix!...
