Hello, apologies I missed to reply. Yes the mains water still delivered even when the pump stops. Has the pump been under a well ventilated cover or exposed to the elements? Yes it has a covered and protected from the elements. However, its not the tidiest fix in my opinion. Right now you don't know...

You likely have but Have you tried re-setting the pump and other trouble shooting including is there water in the tank to be pumped. Tried it, it resets. Pumps and then stops again. When we first moved in, the pump triggers everytime someone flushes the toilet.

The manufacturer's warranty applies but put the claim in against the builder, he made his 20% mark up to cover such events. As such, he is the retailer. Put everything in writing, don't verbal. Tried it, the builder came back by giving me reference to the plumber and that it is all manufacturers wa...

Ok guys, two questions. First, we've recently moved in a newly completed build. Less than 2 months later, ground floor toilet has issues. We don't have kids, so nothing would have been thrown into the toilet by mistake. General use toilet, this house is brand spanking new. Question is, does toilet ...

Hello there, my builder also didn't "encourage" me to bring inspector but we did. It is all within your right to do so! I know because I've talked to HIA and Consumer Affairs. Ask them in an email and get them to respond in an email. If they just call you, write to them to confirm that on ...

Has this happened to anyone else? I'm furious to say the least that the builder has made financial arrangements with the neighbours on our behalf and we had not been advised of this arrangement at all. What would you do?
