Thanks team [emoji1] PCI was good. Super happy with our SS - he's been fantastic. Just minor paint, plaster and aesthetic issues - possibly an issue with the kitchen sink drainage, but should be an easy fix. SS thinks we will have keys by Wed, 10 May at the worst. He's having leave Mon/Tues next wee...

We used the contractor recommended by DS and it's costing us $1200, but that includes 3 data points and the digital tv antenna. Sorry :(
