Did a budget kitchen renovation. Came in under 4k, using industrial shelving and commercial stainless steel sink and bench. Can anyone provide any tips on Mojo building contract? Did anyone manage to get anything changed e.g. Penalty per week to cover rent etc in case of delays. @mys013, the neo tastic wasn't a special for us. There was a provision for a basic one that had a $400 credit. It was $400 extra to go to the neo tastic each. @HomeTweetHome We're looking at Nova 38. Works for my site and orientation
