I feel like your build will be like one of the block episodes, where they have 1000 people trying to finish before the weekly reveal. Will you be using an inspector for PCI? I would recommend it especially if they rush towards the finish line. When I had my pci, I didn't even have ensuite toilet ins...

Yeah our block is the same, get wider the more pushed back. Our frontage was under 12, but still got a 12.5 house on it :)

honestly not sure, we asked if a BBQ is provided and they said yes. The BBQ is approx $800 from BBQ Galore On the stillwater plans it says bbq area, so they got it made. We just selected the colours etc.

Yeah they provided it, however, we have natural gas and the BBQ is bottled gas :(. They need to buy a converter for LPG to natural... hopefully they will do it!
