Aron is very beautiful house. We fell in love with Aron back in 2010. Because of the size of the house we gave Aron a miss a few times but constantly we were draw back to Aron and couldn't go pass the clean lines of the house plan. 1 year later we took courage to sell our first house to do KDR. Well we finally submitted our list of defects I’m glad we hung on a little while as it was bugging me that I kept hearing birds walking but could work out where they were coming from... I knew sometimes they would land on the roof so wasn’t too worried but it sounded like they were inside somewhere!...

Oh no on the hot water. Man i hope they fix that for you soon. What material is the benchtop please? Are they filing cabinets in the end 4 drawer part with the cool black handles? And yes they are filing cabinets! One thing I wish we had done was to get PowerPoints fitted above the benchtop...

The driveway looks great don’t worry about the colour too much it loses the ‘shine’ and dulls pretty quickly. Envious of the garage floor we may do ours one day! If you want to, do it now before too much stuff gets put in - did you already buy the paint? Seem to remember you mentioned it Our garage...

Nice paver edging! What is the purpose of the gravel? I’m thinking it’s to help drainage and stop movement? A neighbour near us had landscapers who just mortared the pavers bricks directly on clay...they’re now moved all over the place. Yes it’s blue metal gravel and should stop movement although I...

Love seeing your home come together it’s going to be beautiful when it’s finished. I thought that moving in would be an anticlimax after going 35 weeks past our contracted date but I have to say I am absolutely loving our home, there are a few things they need to come back and fix but overall it’s b...

Fence is complete at last and I absolutely love it!! So so pleased with it and the security it gives us. There were some gaps below the gate that we were worried about our puppy escaping from so hubby has nailed some rubber sheeting to stop her crawling through. Not the best job but I’m not going to...

We have used retractable clothes lines lots of times in the U.K. they worked really well! We didn’t consider them this time though because we really liked the fold down wall mounted one in our rental so just went with one of them.
