The seaside retreat is a new one since we were out at those display homes. Very similar to the beach house with the living spaces at the back. That's awesome. Ours is in council atm at Maitland. How long did yours take to get through? My partner called last week and they said that it was approved in a week but would need all the final docs then builder should start.
