Yay! All my appliances were installed today: Smeg ducted rangehood, dishwasher, microwave and stove. Gas continuous flow hot water system also in! NBN connection booked for this week - so many things to do.... ::dizzy::

Thanks for your reply mrrrrt. How much did they quote you for the stairs? We had provisions for the carpet (top floor) and ceramic floors (ground floor) about 15k as part of the sapphire package. Finished our PCI - took 2.5 hrs as the house is nearly done! Except for minor painting touch-ups, our house will be handed over on Wed, 29th Jun'16! Ok not cheap. Do they actually use that much electricity??? We had to double check the meter reading. We had to ask AGL to read the meter again... we paid about $100 for the quarter... should be very minimal usage.

Hi all We've just been told that basic painting only includes 1 base coat and 1 colour coat...did anyone stay with this or did everyone pay the 1500 to upgrade to 2 colour coats?
