Build a house 7 years ago,colourbond roof and absolutely no banging popping ever ,but I owner built with best practice and really good sacking,and roof is monument, extremely quite even when raining.

Concrete bricks will get more water seepage as bricks will be porous ,and on their own really horrible colour.

When I built, roof went on before floor.

Because it's bloody important.

If it's not builders responsibility and they have built it well, then most others in your area would be the same with similar problems. U need another qualified set of eyes whom might just spot the obvious and or not hide anything for fear of high cost to fix.

I tend to think your also more likely to get low balled and at a minimum a lower offer.

U could make home owners do termite treatment as a condition of sale if needed but I would want the best possible so would do it myself cost maybe $1400 to $5000 depending on what's needed and what u want

How could he under qoute when u pay per brick layed and it's obvious and expected that there would be 2 different looks with different brickies,I would of offered more to keep him,as only you personally buying the exact same products using the same bricky will give you a consistent look.
