How many courses of bricks is the front pillars now and how many are on the plan Orph? Not sure what could be done about the brick part between the window now that its done, especially if its load bearing?

Hi. We have one cork expansion joint. I chose to go that way over leaving the 1-2mm gap. So glad I did. After they were sanded and polished you can barely notice it. The boards have so many colours in them already so it's not noticeable. I'll take a photo for you today so you can see. They look great.

All windows and doors have lintels and posts above them. I'll take lots of photos for you when we do it. This wasn't what we even had planned there so OH didn't even put wires there for it. Always a way. :D
