Haven't posted for awhile but have been keeping up to date with everyone's progress! I'm onto fixing stage as of about 1 week ago! It's all very exciting now!! Going for my first walk through in a week or so to see what has been done since lock up!

My slab was due to be poured today, was a bit worried because of the rain however when I drove past this morning it had already been done at the end of last week! Very happy. Frames booked for next week so when I get back from my holiday my SS said frames will be up and roof on.

My site start was today but haven't heard from my ss yet, I thought he would have at least called to introduce himself! Will go checkout what's been done, if anything on Sunday :)

Yeah you will have to sign the final plans, they emailed them too me to look over and make sure all correct and then mailed them too me a week or so later to sign and return. I got developers approval while waiting for land to settle so not sure what the hold up with yours is! All the waiting is so ...

Hi All, Just wondering if many of you had to have your boundaries re established? I do however when I have driven past my block in the past few weeks I haven't seen anything to show that my boundaries were established in the first place?

My estate guidelines are for timber fences so I'm guessing probably a fair bit cheaper than colour bond! Will get some quotes once building starts I guess :) glad to hear your neighbours are on board!!

How much are people paying for fences? I have no idea how much to budget!!!
