Thats Clarendon's charge of $250. Tile Direct also have their own charge of about the same amount ! It adds up :)

If you can afford to, make Clarendon fix everything on the handover list i.e. items that may still be pending as of tomorrow, before you get the keys. Once they have the money, they will still do it, but you will be tired of calling them every day. They will just drag their feet. On the other hand, ...

No, the $56 is for supply and install LED fitting. Edit: Are yo in QLD leese ? Because it says on your plan Standard: Supply and install 10 LED downlights Sure as hell, they wont be doing that in NSW !~

@cheryl They did mine in Matt as well. Though I found that out while the painters were still there !! They had to do low sheen after they had done 2 coats of Matt. There's no way I would want Matt on the walls. Too drab for us..
