Just a tip for anybody with frame overhang issues ... ask PD for the report detailing their engineers' solution to the problem. We gave that report to our inspector to look at during his own check of our property, so he could make sure they'd followed the engineers' advice properly. Just further pea...

Also the grout line is 15mm for the type of tiles we selected 600*600 porcelain tile but if you have different sized tiles or type of tile you may have to have the 30mm grout line.
