Only for final. I've been visiting on site quite a bit, and had a few tradie mates look at things. I've not seen anything that really concerns me, so didn't feel the need to get inspections at each stage.

Had the building inspector in today. It went really well all up. My partner and I are in Dingley at the moment renting and I work in moorabbin so I'm looking at a lot more travel but I think it will be worth it knowing I am coming home to my own house and not paying someone else's mortgage payments!
