I was told it was all sorted 2 weeks ago, and that my driveway would be replaced ( driveway is a total disaster) regional manager came out ( not a nice guy to say the least) now have heard nothing. I agree with you box their after service sucks, I wouldn't recommend them any more due to their lack of after care.... stills waiting for things 8 months later!!!! I am over it, get passed between people and nothing actually gets fixed!

congrats box! moving nice speed :) bkoolrocks our front has completely sunk. Our house sits high and the yard did slope down when we moved in- hbc did our front landscaping. They obviously didn't compact any of the front. It now goes up n down and is completely wonky!!!! such a waste of $3000 we are...

congrats mtreg. :) Our coloured concrete driveway has flaked away in bits revealing the grey concrete beneath. hows your driveway pooks? and anyone else who has finished? I expected this to occur eventually as only the top is coloured but not after 4 weeks of living there. grrrr

congrats niccles :) yay! all went well yesterday had the keys by 10.30! moved 1/3 of our house to in the arvo as well. - all boxes of things we can live without. hoping to do the rest Friday. looking forward to being settled and unpacked next week!

that not a good enough answer GG. they seem to give pathetic answers when things are wrong. like them telling me my tile colours just look the same, but they are actually different colours. when one was suppose to be white and one dark grey. Id keep at them about the window it shouldn't leak fullstop!
